Bourbon cocktail night

It’s time! We’re going to make some or all of the following cocktails:

• Old fashioned
• Sazerac
• Hunter
• Paper Plane (shown above)
• Vieux Carré
• Improved whiskey cocktail
• Manhattan
• Final Ward
• Boulevardier

This will be part class, part tasting as Tom walks you through the process to make each of these, discusses each cocktail’s history, as well as how the flavors balance and compliment each other.
